This was soooo good! I’ve been trying to find our families ‘go to’ pizza for a while, making sourdough crust, using a pizza stone, trying fancy flour, stinking up my house with 500 degree oven. None of those pizzas hit like this one, and Emma’s Detroit style pizza is SO easy to make. I did want to add that I have tried bread flour and that was great too. I’ve also mixed the dough and put it in the fridge in the morning to eat for dinner that night and that worked great too. Thanks, Emma for a great recipe.

I gave it a try and it was really good! I made it vegan by using vegan mozzarella shreds and vegan sausage, and it was delish! I also really appreciate that it it’s made in regular baking pan and doesn’t require any special pizza equipment <3
